Retro PC's: Why?

I am planning on building several new PC's, and since I like retro tv and radio designs, I plan to build the pc inside them.  What can I say: I'm nostalgic for a time that is before my time. 

I have three cases currently, all wood: 

An old Zenith tabletop tube radio, including the radio dial and backplate. 

An old Zenith floor model tube radio with a space that used to house an old 45 turntable.

Another floor model: not sure what make it was, but it's in fairly good condition.
